We do not accept exchanges at this time.

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns on store items within thirty (30) days of purchase (AKA the date listed on your receipt) for most items in new condition. 

Here's the fine print. You just can't return anything that's worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. All original tags must be attached, footwear must be in its original shoebox, and swimwear & bodysuits must have the hygiene liners intact. Also, gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: brand services, whiteboard sessions, consulting, monthly content plans, and any other items marked as "Final Sale."

We're happy to give you a one-time price adjustment if the item you purchased goes on sale within 7 days of your order's purchase date. A refund for the price difference will be issued in the form of online store credit if purchased online, and back to the original method of payment if purchased at one of our stores. Easy and pretty awesome.

CANCELLATION

You can cancel your Subscription at any time. Please not that if you choose to cancel your Subscription, you must give 30 days notice and cancel before it renews for a subsequent month in order to avoid being charged for the next month’s Subscription Fee. If you cancel your Subscription, the cancellation will become effective at the end of the next-current monthly Subscription period.

NO REFUNDS

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED FOR ANY SUBSCRIPTION OR PROJECT. LITERAL LABEL, INC. GUARANTEES THE QUALITY OF OUR WORK, BUT NOT THE OUTCOMES. WE DO NOT PROVIDE CREDIT, REFUNDS, OR PRORATED BILLING FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS THAT ARE CANCELLED MID-MONTH, OR PROJECTS THAT ARE ABANDONED FOR ANY ISSUE OR REASON, INCLUDING “CHANGE OF MIND” OR A CUSTOMER’S LACK OF AVAILABILITY. In such circumstances, you will continue to have access to your Subscription until the end of the monthly billing cycle. While all Projects are non-cancelable, they may be postponed, delayed, and rescheduled without penalty and without time limit. Payments for all Subscriptions and Projects are due as specified, regardless of other issues. Subscription payments are due by the 15th of every month. For payments made after the 15th, a late payment fee of 10% will be applied to the total amount due.
 

U.S. HASSLE-FREE RETURNS

Returns for online store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

You must return your items to the address below within 30 days from the day you received your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

REFUNDS AND PROCESSING

  • Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

ONLINE STORE CREDIT

  • Online Store Credit can only be used online at our website.
  • Online Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
  • Please treat Online Store Credit like cash.
  • Online Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned and you have selected "Store Credit" as the refund method.
  • Online Store Credit may be used to purchase gift cards to our store.
  • Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Online Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
  • Online Store credit is provided in U.S. Dollars.
  • Your use of the Online Store Credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms.
